At Ray Adams Art, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details of our return and refund policies for merchandise and original artwork inquiries.

1. Returns & Exchanges for Merchandise

We accept returns or exchanges for merchandise (e.g., shirts, coasters, sketchbooks) under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags/packaging.
  • Return Window: You must request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or made-to-order items are final sale.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or design, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

2. Refunds for Merchandise

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Original Artwork Sales – No Direct Returns

Since original paintings require special handling and delivery coordination, we do not accept automatic returns for original artwork purchases. If you have any concerns about a painting you received, please contact us at hello@rayadamsart.com to discuss possible solutions.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 10 days of receiving it with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Cancellations

  • Merchandise: Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed.
  • Original Artwork: Cancellations for original paintings are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
